Positive: Accom us only good if you require somewhere overnight. Negative: Small was too small too relax comfortable. Your bathroom faced out towards the front gate... Glass on those windows were see though... We recieved the house rules on the day of arrival... had we known some of those rules earlier we wouldn't have booked... Walls were to thin and we could hear next door guests😞

Positive: Host responded quickly to my messages and arranged early check in where possible

Positive: it has a great location, close enough to the city for a short car ride and far enough that its nice and silent at night. the property itself is beautiful and very easy to navigate. the Host is super friendly and very caring. Negative: it was a bit cold, to be fair we were there in winter and the small heater in the accomidation takes a bit of time to heat the place but overall we were happy and have nothing to complain about.

Positive: Jenny was the best host we’ve had during our time in New Zealand. She was incredibly thoughtful, considerate, and easy to communicate with, always making sure we had everything we needed. The house itself was fantastic — clean, tidy, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. The outdoor area was beautiful, with lovely views that made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

it was everything i expected and more ❤️ Positive: i came to the queen’s private garden on the night before my birthday after travelling all the way from invercargill that morning jenny showed me where i was staying and i was very pleased to be able to have a space to myself she even left me cereal and milk to have breakfast if i wanted , that morning (my birthday) when i was ready to leave jenny came running upto me and said wait i have a gift for you then handed me 3 nut bars and a hug for my trip away i had been travelling all week, my overall stay was amazing and id definitely recommend going here again ik i’ll definitely be back Negative: the only thing i noticed after reading the reviews aswell was it was true u could hear the other people and tv in the room but i didnt mind as i was lowkey tryna figure out what movie they were watching while i fell asleep
